Click & Collect
We offer our customers a free click and collect service. Place your order, and select the 'Collect from Store' shipping option at checkout. We will select your items and contact you when ready for collection, to arrange a suitable time.
Delivery Methods & Charges
For cards and slim packages, we use Royal Mail postal service as standard, though this may change from time to time.
For all other packages, we use YodelDirect delivery service with Signature required as standard, though this may change from time to time.
Please allow 3-5 days for postage, and at particular times of the year (eg Christmas), please pay attention to published last posting dates.

Free UK Delivery when you spend over £40
Wherever possible, we recycle and re-use packaging materials, including cardboard boxes, bubblewrap etc. This may mean the outer packaging does not resemble the items you have ordered, but it does help to keep the cost and environmental impact to a minimum!
If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier or post office will leave a card at the delivery address or contact you by other means. You should arrange for alternate delivery direct with the courier using the details provided to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchases.
A Stone's Throw Limited fully complies with the Distance Selling Regulations, which gives consumers buying on-line the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of purchase. If you're not happy with anything you have bought simply let us know in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of receiving the item. Full terms apply.
It is your responsibility to see that any goods are returned unused and as new. It is also your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of goods that have been correctly supplied and are not faulty. You must send your items via an insured and signed-for service. A Stone's Throw Limited will not take responsibility for items returned by courier or by post, and refund will only be made once goods are received by us in a satisfactory condition.
Please note for hygiene reasons all food items (such as chocolates), toiletry products (such as soap) and earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
