Frequently asked questions

Do you have a gift-wrapping service?


Yes! We provide, free of charge, a 'Brown Paper Packages Tied Up With String' gift-wrapping service. At checkout, simply state in the comments section which items you would like to be gift-wrapped. We also provide a premium gift-wrapping service. To take advantage of this, select your desired gift wrap, bag and/or box from our shop and add it to your basket. At checkout, state in the comments box that you would like your items wrapped (please be clear about which wrap is for which item if selecting multiples!) and we will do the rest for you.




How long does delivery take once I've placed my order?


We currently package and send mail orders a few times a week, and use standard postal services from Royal Mail and MyHermes. Please allow up to a week for delivery.




Do I get carriage charged on each item I buy?


No. You will be charged carriage on the total weight of your basket when you check out, rather than the weight of each item individually (assuming all items are to be delivered to the same address). Don't forget that we have free delivery when you spend over £40!




Can I collect my order from the shop?


Yes! There is no charge for using the Collect from Store shipping option. Simply select this option at check out, and we will let you know when your order is ready to be collected and arrange a suitable time with you.




Can you write a personal message in my greetings card?


Yes of course! At the checkout, add comments to your order to state the message you'd like written, and we'll take care of the rest! Please note your message will be written word for word so do double check it before submitting.
